    Honda Civic Blower Motor
I need to change the blower motor on my honda Civic
It us under the dash on the passanger side. It has 3 screws. I have all 3 of them off, but the floor-board is too close to let the motor drop down.

And of course the fan is attatched to the motor.

How do I get the motor out?

Many blower motors are installed inside the engine compartment so you are lucky. I once replaced a blower motor on Pontiac that required me to remove the right front wheel and inner fender to reach the three nuts holding the fan. In your situation, try removing some of the carpeting. The carpet plus pad can easily take up an inch of space. As you remove the motor give it a tilt like opening a bottle cap.

Yes I have the same problem I have the same car you just pull really hard it seems imposssible but you can do it. Take all the bolts off and pull the capartment that the fan and blower motor is in and pull that sucker right out. But yeah just keep wiggling it and first take all the brackets off the case/capartment with a flat head. But yeah just keep wiggling it out. The computer tells you should just take the evaporator out and all that but don't this will save you a lot of money if you do it the way I am telling you. And if you are only getting air on 3 and 4 then buy theblower resistor and that should fix that problem right away. Your welcome
