I keep up with my periods very well and always know when I am going to start and get off. Its usually 3days long and heavy. My period was in march and I was having unprotected sex after that and when April came my period was 3days late and I only spotted and it was a bright red pinkish color. Also I was getting worried that I am pregnant cause my breast are sore I am have lower back pian and stomuch pain and queazy all the time. I am always sleepy and tired. I am just really scared and don't know what to do or what is going on.

What you need to do now is take a HPT using first morning urine.

There's no need to go to a doctor yet. At this point the OP should start by taking an HPT.

You should know that pregnancy symptoms can be attributed to many other things other then pregnancy. Basing a diagnosis on symptoms alone is a fools game. Therefore, the link you provided is not at all helpful unless the OP knows for sure that she's pregnant.
