If son ownes a mobile home but verbly gives to mother to live in. Now sister has moved in and she is telling their mother that she has to move out. Nothing has been heard from the son. Can the daughter evict mother out? This has all been done verbly. Who can evict the mother? How much time should she be given?

Who let sister move in, has the son given any authority to the sister to act on his behalf ?

Only the owner of the property, or a person who is the main renter and is sub renting ( or leasing) to a separate person.

Unless the sister has been appointed in some management position over this trailer, only the son can evict.

Next the eviction will need to be in writing, and if she still does not move, they would have to take her to court for a formal eviction

Chuck asks some great questions. I am going to answer based just on what you have said but try to answer Chuck. Only the owner can evict, the son. No time frame for eviction since there won't be one based on what is said so far. Nice sister BTW.
