Several years ago I was named as a one of many beneficiaries of my grandfather's Revocable Living Trust. My grandfather passed away and my mother (his daughter) became the trustee.
Do I have a right to know how the assets of the trust are being managed? How do I find out the status of the trust? And can a trustee revoke a Revocable Living Trust without notifying the beneficiaries?
