OK so my fiancé got a house in 07, in his name both mortgage and loan. We went to get a vehicle this past Saturday and can't because she has been late several times and is behind 3,300. They were not married. And we want to get the house back only thing is he cannot remember if she was on there only has a spouse or co whatever he knows his credit was good enough for loan his self and didn't need a cosigner. We both have no clue what to do or how to go about this. We live in an apt with 4 boys paying over 200 more than she does. Worst part is she got it refinanced last dec, he had to sign the papers. Please help!

You say he, she, they all in your first sentence. I can't keep it straight who is who. Please clarify who the players are in this situation. If he co-signed and she is late the lender also feels he is late too since he is co-owner of the debt.
