I use whey protein and creatine I workout but not with weights is that OK
My workouts consist of burpes, push ups, squats, and 25 lb. dumbbell exercises is that enogh workout to be using whey protein and creatine powder

I'm male 27 yrs. 200 lbs. 5' 10'' body fat % unknown. I would like to build up my chest, arms, shoulders, and legs more then what they are. I do burpes and push ups and biceps mon. wed. fri. and tues. and thurs. I work my legs, shoulders, forearms, and triceps. I would say I workout pretty hard I really like to push myself. My whey protein is 18 grams per scoop and I take 2 scoops per day everyday and my creatine is 5 grams per scoop my first week I'm taking 2 scoops a day and starting the 2nd week I will take one scoop a day
