You have a legal obligation to file, but if you file jointly, you will owe NO taxes, because the combination of your joint standard deduction ($11,400) and two personal exemptions will completely offset your $15K income.

This assumes this is W-2 income. If it is 1099 income, then some self-employment tax may be due.
