Can my wife kick me out of the house for no cause?
My wife is angry with my just over simple argument and she has forced me to leave the house. The lease on out apartment is in both of our names. Does she have the right to do this

No. Bring police back with you if you want. If you had been violent, she should have called the police. If she changed the locks, call the landlord.

She would have to file for divorce and have you move out as part of the divorce.

She could tell you to get out and it may be a good idea to do so and let her cool off, but she can't keep you out without a court order.

No but figure out what the problem is first.give her some space, even though it may not be your fault. Think-"what might be the reason that she is angry with me"-maybe something you did? I am sure she will let you in later, meanwhile go figure out the problem.(relatives and friend might be of help)

Did she literally "force" you to leave, or did she make a demand that you leave, to which you acceded? Now, you have having second thoughts, right?
