What's that movie/show called?
I don't remember how old the movie is/was, but about 7 years ago I watched this movie, there were two gerbil/hamster/sugar glider things, a boy and girl, and the owners left them for a while, and the rodent things escaped and went into the forest, I was really little and it was a kids movie, I think it was pretty old, It also may have been a show because I remember it ending on a cliff-hanger, But please, try to find it, I loved it and am hoping to re-watch it
