First it may be other infections, a STD or others,
The doctor should not tell them, but they will know, if they are filing this under their insurance what type of infection it is.
So if you have a STD, while the doctor will not tell them directly, if and when they get the statement from insurance or a itemsed receipt, it could list the name of the actual infection.

I seriously doubt that it's a STD or anything and I just found out my lat time was like the second week of march. And it's only that it hurts when I pee that's it.

Hurting when you pee is one of the main signs of a STD.

And it gets worst, there are some types that will appear to go away and get better but it is hiding inside doing serious damage without you knowing.

You need to get this checked right away

There are many reasons besides intercourse that can cause UTI's (bladder infections) as well. Sex is not the only cause.

With that being said, the only way to get rid of it before it gets worse and goes into your kidneys, is to see a doctor and get on some antibiotics.
