I have pain in left groin and when i have gas it goes away for awhile but lately the pain is getting worstler and do no go away

You should see a doctor. You could have a hernia. If it goes unchecked it can cause infection and possible death. See your doctor and get checked out. If you do have one its usually easy to correct it.
