Most women will not get an accurate result on a pregnancy test until they have missed a period. This is partly because it will take several days for a fertilized egg to travel to the uterus and several to fully implant.

While you may have become pregnant, it would be very unlikely that you would see a positive result this early.

Keep in mind it often takes couples many months to become pregnant. Timing is only part of the equation in order for conception to occur.

See what happens when your period is due. The cramping now may be due to frequent sex, if that is the case, it could be just general cramping, it could be due to ovulation.

And if you just finished your period 10 days ago, when is your ovulation time, it is not the same for everyone, so tracking it and knowing the prime time for sex will help

Also while some people get pregnant the first time they have sex, others can try for over a year before they do.

And tests will not show up till after your missed period, not a day or two after implantation

Stomach pains is a good thing! It's everything happening inside your ovaries etc. Happened to me, surely enough, did a few
    Tests and came out positive!
