Do you get a pretrial and trial for a probation violation? If you have a probation violation in one county and also in another county, can you request to have one postponed while the other is being settled?

You get ONE hearing for a violation, and I suppose you can ASK to have one postponed, but they'll BOTH happen in his PO'S office no matter WHERE the violation occurred.

So at they time the judge will decide if you have to finish your jailtime or remain on probation? What are the options if what can happen?

I have no idea what a judge will do.. It really depends on what he DID to get violated.. If he just missed a meeting, they'll probably let him out. But, if he committed another crime, they won't.
