    My bank accounts were levied due to back child support
    I have made the agreed to paynents for the last 7 years through payroll deduction,and they put alevy on all of my accounts plus an additional $5000.00 dollars. Whay can I do?

    Your bank accounts can be levied only if you have to pay back child support.
    Generally,a parent (the “obligor”) ,should receive a written notice and Bank Levy Response Form.After that the obligor /you/ have 30 days /the administrative appeal period/.and you could can dispute the levy by returning the form within 15 days of the date of the Notice of Levy.

    You can, have the decision reviewed by the court where the child support order was issued or registered. File a complaint for judicial review. With a complaint for judicial review, you can have a court review and correct any "mistakes of fact" .
