She is very very short and when she squats she pretty much touches the floor. We had a parvo outbreak recently so I have been bleaching like nuts... her private is very irritated.. what can bleach cause and can I do anything at home to make her feel better?
Vet thinks it's vaginitis but she isn't showing symptoms for it.

Your dog is getting irritated from the bleach. Keep her off the floor that is being scoured with bleach.

Bleach will cause the same irritation as you. If you put your exposed skin on bleach, you will get a chemical burn. You can use lotion to help, Eucerin with no fragerance is safe for dogs. Apply it twice a day, try not to let her lick.. Keep an eye on her for at least 15 minutes after applying the lotion.

She's probably got vaginitis from the bleach.. All symptoms are a result of bleach. Bleach kills parvo after three scrubs, I'm sure you're safe enough to stop scrubbing with bleach.
