My period is almost 5 months late. I have sore nipples. I ve been spotting for the past 2 weeks on and off. I have never been this late before. I have taken like 4 pregnancy test and a blood test, all negative. My stomach is hard. What could this be. Please help.

Have you returned to your doctor to inquire about further testing? If hormone testing has not been carried out, it would be a good idea.
