There are these red spots on my hands some what noticeable from a short distance its on the top of my hands (not plam) and it makes my hands ich but its not painful.

Defniately talk to your doctor as I can't SEE your hand or the spots.

However when I was a teen I got small red spots on my hands. And when I asked my doctor, he said it was common for girls going through puberty, he said basically in laymens terms, it is hormones. I'm not sure of the details of what they are. But he said they were caused by our hormones.

But PLEASE get them checked to make sure that is what they are. They could be something else.

Chicken pox causes blisters and sores. I don't find any reference to spots, particularly on the hands.

It's very unusual to have chicken pox twice. Did a Doctor diagnose it both times?
