Research an animated film with a cyclops/a giant

I am looking for a cartoon 80's / 90's...
This is the story of a young boy, gifted in martial arts, is sent on a mission to rescue a kidnapped princess not a big man with a mustache (the villain of the film). The castle of princess is located in the clouds. The main characters are: the young man, a friend, but bigger and a bit stupid and a yellow robot that accompanies them. The princess is imprisoned in a dungeon of a castle guarded by a big cyclops (with a ring has its nose). Our friends have a mission to retrieve the key kept by the cyclops. There is also the final battle between the villain and the young man skilled in martial arts is going on a train in space...
