Hi, We have the above mower 2005 model. Recently wouldn't start so replaced starter motor and solenoid but it still won't crank over. Any suggestions of what could be the trouble.

How did you go about testing the old starter and solenoid

Thanks ballengerb1. Appeared old starter motor was burnt out and now think we had a dodgy solenoid. Still wouldn't start with new starter motor so replaced solenoid as well but it still wouldn't start so my husband then topped up the battery on the charger and it has now started. Hopefully problem solved.

Sounds like you may have thrown too many new parts at the problem
