1992 Honda Civic won't start
I have a 1992 Honda Civic LX and I have replaced the following: main relay, fuel filter and pump, ECU, plugs, wires, ignition coil, distributor, wire harness under hood, all fuses, and dash wires... still will not start. Turns over but will not start completely. Yes it has gas and oil. I even tried to turn the ignition switch over and it does but however does not give me a reading. It just beeps and the engine light goes off.
The problem sarted when I put in a radio and the next thing I knew the lights went out and when I replaced those fuses the car would not start after that. Can anyone help me please!!

Do I need to disconnect the negative battery cable first?

The one inside the car fuse box? I checked all of them and they read good. I even took the battery to have it checked thinking maybe it took a lot of crank out of it when the radio blew the wiring. The battery is 2 yrs old but it tested good.
