I have been trying to get pregnant and haven't had a period since feb. 28th of this year. I have had pregnancy tests done and a blood tests and all came back negative. I have cysts on my ovaries and my obgyn is supposed to do a biopsy and hasn't done it yet, because I haven't started or had a positive test yet. Could I be pregnant and its just not showing up? Or Could the cysts be stoping me from having my period?

It's possible the cysts and the lack of a period are related. Have you had irregular cycles before? Have you had cysts before?

While possible, it would be unlikely that you are pregnant without a positive result by now, especially with a blood test. They may want to wait and see if you skip a period for April as well first, try another pregnancy test at that time if necessary, and then see about doing a biopsy if you still have a negative pregnancy test.
