    Divorce through newspaper ad?
I married a lady that had been married a couple times before. Unbeknown to me she had not divorced the others. We have been separated for two years or more. I need to know if I need to divorce her since she was never divorced before or what.

I think a divorce is in order since you have separated for two years. Although you might want to consult a lawyer in your area and find out if you were ever legally married since she had a couple of husbands already.

If she was not divorced when you married, your marriage is invalid. You can get it voided. Contact an attorney.

This is a yes and no, in fact it is more of a annulment since you were not legally married, you go and have the marriage declared not valid by providing proof she was already married.
