I was wondering if you could help me

My wife left me 18 months ago and said we were separated , during that time I left my job and bought both my cars from the company and paid for them with my severance pay , I then signed the logbook overto my wife to put car in her name so she could continue using the car , at no point did I sell her the car or gift it to her .

She has now informed me that she has put the car in her boyfriends name and says she has sold it to him , where I know she hasn't sold it as still has it and uses it . She has done this so that she can say I have no rights to the car and it is his car now .

I still have the receipts to show the purchase of the car in my name .

She has done this so that I can't take the car back

Is there anyway I can get the car back as I purchsed it

Any help would be appreciated as I feel I have been stabbed in the back

Once you put the cars title in her name it legally became hers.

It DIDN'T need to be in her name for her to use it. Even at a different address.

Whomever gave you that advice needs a swift kick in the butt. There really isn't anything you can do but ask for it back. If she doesn't there really is little you can do at this point.

I assume there was no lean placed against it at that time.
