My husband has kicked me out of the marital home of 15 years , what rights do I have

First, ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. But most likely he had no right to do so. He would need to get a divorce first. If he refuses to let you back in the home, you can have the police accompany you to force him to let you back in.

But my suggestions is to file, immediately for divorce with emergency spousal support.
