Hi there! I'm trying to remember the name of a movie that was made in the 60's, 70's or even the 80's. I can't for the life of me remember it but I loved it and watched a million times when I was a kid. Here is what I remember.

It was set for way back in the day and in Scandinavia or something like it and they are going north ether on a rescue mission or for exploration. The head north on a ship and at some point in their journey they see some Narwhal's swimming with them and then they go through some ice. I thought it was called Island in the Sky but I can't find it if it is. I think Island is in the name. Oh and at some point they have to take this balloon (like a hot air) to get up to the city or to get down.

I'm sorry That is all I can remember. If anybody knows this and can tell me that would be amazing.
