DrBill100, What is max possible time Oxycodone can be detected in urine?
Asking for a friend of mine who is freaking out irrationally. He took 5-30mg of Roxicodone (Instant Release) Oxycodone for about a week daily. He has a drug test for a job Friday, and that will make it 3 weeks since his last use. He knows it was stupid, that's why he's stopped and been clean for nearly 3 weeks. He has been exercising and staying well hydrated. He is 5'10", 145 lbs. with a fast metabolism. What is the maximum possible time oxycodone/oxycontin can be detected even if it is tested through urinalysis? (Even in extreme cases.)

At the far end of detection window, probably 8 days worst case based on dosage information. In all likelihood closer to 5-6 days. Even at shorter periods Oxycodone is seldom detected unless specifically tested for. It seldom registers on standard opiate screens.

Thank you so much DrBill. Sorry for bothering you. I had asked the question for the general public, but of course no one bothered to answer. Is there any possible way that oxycodone can be detected over 2-3 weeks in a urinalysis? Even if you took 100mg a day for a months (Extreme case)? SWIM took a First Check 12-Panel home test that included Oxycodone at 100mg/l LAST WEEK and is still worried.

A 12-panel should include the semi-synthetics and hopefully provide an accurate reading. I have never heard of a rapid acting pain medication being present for even one week absent some physical disorder... Such as liver damage.

I just re-read and see it did contain Oxy and at the appropriate cutoff. That should answer the question.
