Here's what you need to know about waxing:

-It is required to grow your hair for at least two weeks prior. The wax needs something on which to grab.
-The thicker the hair, the more painful it will be. Facial hair on men is thicker than any other hair out there-including pubic and armpit hair. It will be painful.
-Your face is full of nerve endings, so prepare for even more pain due to that.
-If your hair follicles are big enough, you could be looking at irritation that may not go away for a few days, and bumps from where the hair was pulled from the follicle.

Okay, all the scary stuff said, waxing is a great way to get a smooth surface for days and maybe even weeks. In my experience, waxed hair grows back softer and less frequently every time.

Since facial skin is so sensitive, go to a waxing professional to get your services done. They will use the appropriate type of wax and other chemicals that will make it much safer than doing it at home.
