You REALLY thought that giving out your real name and phone number wouldn't result in them finding out everything else about you? It's so easy, children and little old ladies can do it.
STOP all communication. Get off that chat board.
It isn't clear what you are referring to about a woman engaged in credit card fraud, or investigating fraud, or what. I assume that you didn't confide in anyone about any illegal activity or illegal immigration?
Then don't worry about it, but do worry about how naïve you are.

Why did you pay for an investigation, about what and whom? Please tell your story with the realization that we aren't there and know nothing about it.
It isn't easy to get SSNs. But since your story is so confusing and we don't know what you revealed to her, it's possible she got yours, his, what is going on? Did you chat with her about committing credit card fraud or not?

Ilegal!:( should I make a police report about this?.
Responding to (Did you chat with her about committing credit card fraud or not?) you undestand that completely wrong.

She works for a company that investigate credit card fround. I believe that's how she found out all that information about me even the immigration status. I'm sorry but for a celular you can't not get peoples information I try finding out informacion about them but no luck. Only what is available for public record.

No, the police typically respond to criminal actions, not immigration.
