Sat for 2 years, now it won't pick up the fuel in the clear filter.
Does anyone know if it has a fuel pump?

The one's that I found do.You also might want to check your main needle jet in the carb.
Make sure that clean and clear.

Model # would be nice. After 2 years you should drain the tank and remove the carb bowl. Flush with SeaFoam, actuate the needle valve with fuel in the tank and then try to start. Most every Sears tractor 13 hp and up have fuel pumps, looks like a black plastic puch of Skoal on the side of the blower housing with two black fuel lines. http://www.searspartsdirect.com/part...10036335/00023
