My friends have a daughter that live on the front part of their property. They allowed her to move a mobile home on it with no written agreement. The daughter has lived there for 10 years now. They were helping the daughter out because she had 4 small children and her husband had died. Now the children are grown and the daughter is trying to take over everything of the elderly parents. They want to make her leave but don't know how. What do they do with the mobile home?

They have her legally evicted from the property... as far as legally having the trailer towed as abandoned property... I recommend they contact a lawyer and make sure everything is done both timely, and according to the letter of the law. To protect both their property and their interests. And the sooner the better.
