AIDS is spread through bodily fluids. If you think the guy has AIDS it's best to get tested.

You should probably have thought about this before you performed the act, but it is best to get yourself checked out because there is obviously a doubt in your mind about his status.

You could very well have caught a disease from him, even if he did not actually ejaculate, so I would say your safest option is to get yourself checked out.
