My husband of over 10 years took off with no owrd no warning and left me with an eviction notice no money and no where to go. I want a divorce I need help what should I do?

He can't evict you as long as you are married, and the disposition of the house will be settled in the divorce. Some of that will be based on the state you live in.
(A spouse might get a restraining order against a spouse who can be shown to have committed violence/abuse.)
