Didn't know about this until aprrox 1 month ago, when I was incercerated, I immediately sent a letter to the court they responded by saying I need to file a motion to set aside, I'm still incarcerated for the next few months my sister is doing this for me. Please help. Thanks gwa

You sister can not file for you, you will need to sign and file, she can take it to the court
