Why is my cat bring her kittens to me at a day old

Is she taking care of the babies otherwise? Is she feeding and cleaning them? How many does she have? Is it her first litter?

It may be that she wants a break from being a mom, and trusts you to take care of the babies in the mean time. It could also be that she doesn't know how to care for them, and wants you to take over. Or, they may be sick and she wants you to make them better. She could also just be proud of her babies and wants to show them off, like a favorite toy.

Without more information, there's really no way to narrow it down.
