Absolutely, you do it a lot. It should help you lose weight and tone up, and feel more energetic. I love going to a dance class every Tuesday, it is for an hour at my local gym. I think dancing is a fun way to keep fit : )
Absolutely dancing is best form of exercise . Dancing involves our brain as well as physical activity . We feel happy while dancing whereas only makes us think that is a work to keep us fit . Dancing is for your overall development .
As we go back to ancient days or observe most of the tribes we can see ritual dance is part of the social culture , which used to keep then fit whatever they eat .
Our fast modern culture has made dancing only a self entertainment rather than a regular social routine... so sad.
