Lack of suction when flushing toilet
The toilet in our upstairs bathroom seems to have no suction. The water swirls around 5-6 times but doesn't go down very well. It takes a few tries to get a good flush. There seems to be some build up near the small hole at the bottom of the bowlas well. Also the toilet leaks from the bottom and is making the ceiling below in our family room wet. Any ideas would be great.

You apparently have 2-3 problems, a plugged drain and a leaking wax seal or possibly a broken closet connection or drain pipe. You will need to remove the toilet and go from there.
