How to find a solicitor regarding bank closure? What field of expert solicitor would that be ?
Deposit lost due to bank closure. Solicitors expertise I have to search to defend my case.
Hello d:
We have a few lawyers here, and they're pretty general. What's your problem?

Why was this posted under Criminal law? Did you just accept the default like you did the title?
A bank closure would seem to be under corporate law (the Other law forum) here). If you explain the issue, we may be able to advise further.
I found this:
The UK Lawyers Network specialises in finding effective and proven accident compensation solicitors for those involved in road accidents or accidents at work or in public places.
In the UK solicitors increasingly specialise in different areas of law rather than maintaining a general legal practice. The reason for this degree of specialisation is the growth in the complexity of case law and statute in each area of law. The areas in which firms or individual solicitors specialise are:
* Accident Claims
* Accident Compensation
* Personal Injury Claims
* Commercial Property conveyancing and leases
* Residential Property conveyancing and leases
* Disputes and litigation
* Employment law
* Family law
* Wills and Probate
* Faulty Goods
* Service disputes
* Immigration
I would suspect your issue falls under Disputes and litigation or Service disputes.
What EXACTLY has happened.
I have some experience in dealing with UK banks and may be able to assist.
On the little you have posted so far it is virtually impossible to offer any meaningful advice.
Can I file a lawsuit against a bank that has been closed because of falsification and issuance of false statements to hide true financial condition of the bank, willful refusal to report loans, 26 counts of violation of laws and directives and willful refusal to cease conduct of unsafe, hazardous and unsound bank practices.
I am a depositor and my money is due to mature but so unlucky the bank was closed due to the reasons above. My family live frugally just to save up and dreaming of a better life once the investment matures and boom the bank is closed. How can I get my money back? Can I sue the bank for stress cause,legal fees and my deposit?
You probably can sue, but if the bank has been closed for fraud, who are you going to sue and what money do you think they will have? Have you talked to the police or the government banking authorities about what is being done with the deposits?
From what I could find, the UK has industry backed insurance that guarantees deposits only up to 30,000 pounds.
Another issue here is if the bank was closed, then you are not alone in being cheated. I'm sure there are already law suits or other actions. Being taken that you can join. That's why the first step would talking to government banking authorities.
