Do I need a full hysterectomy because I found out two days ago that I have a prolapse urethra and bladder, and this problem has been going on since 2008 since I have had my last child, and I have a frequency urge to urinate but I have no leakage?

Chances are you will only need what is called a bladder lift, or a bladder sling. However, only your surgeon can give you the most accurate advice for your particular situation.
