Your body is changing and the hormones do cause things to smell differently and discharge to act differently. Since you're a virgin this is likely just a natural change that you're going through.

15/16 is a good age to start getting pap smears so if you're truly concerned you could ask your mom if she could make an appointment for your first annual pelvic exam. That way you'll know for sure that everything is normal.
