I loaned my Daughter-in-law money to pay off a debt, she assured me she would pay me back. This was about 9 or 10 years ago,can I collect this debt from her or does the statue of limitation apply?

Limitations only really applies to signed contracts not private arrangements.
Can you prove that this money was given to her and you expected repayment?
