I am currently a second year student at ___, and I will enroll to study as a international student in JCU campus at 600 Upper Thomson in July of this year to get the Bachelor of Business. I have read the information about my major : Finance and banking in the student handbook, but I still have some questions about the campus life.

First of all, I want to ask if I have to share the room with a roommate? Moreover, it would be nice if you send me some information about the facilities in the room such as television, air conditioner, wardrobe and internet access. This can be a problem when I do not know what belongings I should carry with.

The laundry service will be available if I registry, but is the ironing service included? Moreover, can you provide me information about these services?

I also confuse about drinking water. Is it safe for me to drink directly from the tap?

Finally, I want to know about scholarships for international students which I can apply.

I asked the officers in my university these questions, but they do not seem to know the answers. You can freely give me any recommendation.
