How many eviction cases dismissed, denied due to c96-38, while property destroyed
HOW MANY Landlords have had their eviction cases dismissed or denied due to pleadings, after waiting through the process of 3 day and 5 day and time to evict, only in the end to be told, that no answer for the error in filing is given, or it was not the proper 3 day form, or due to C96-38, while their property was being destroyed by a non paying tenant that was in non compliance of their lease and was a threat to the property and property owner, also how many of these landlords have ever received one penny in restitution toward the court costs or damages?

Thank you for your response, but I would like a real number of landlords, because I believe it is more like 1000's instead of 100's, but your response was helpful, because you are right, it is far too common and the final results are very unfair to the property investor.. Thank You for your honesty..

I am not P O'd, or frugal... I am like many property investors too broke after having my income and assets destroyed by non paying destructive tenants, and I am new to this website and did not realize it was a 2 year old thread. And your answer or comment does not answer my question at all..
