I have four children that have reached teenage years, my health is not the best and have no support system. They have started acting out in school, and one has simply stopped going. The state wants to prosecute me when I have tried every program available. Unless the child agrees to participate it means nothing.

What do they want to prosecute you for? Criminality requires criminal intent; and if you have done everything you know how to do, that intent is absent.
