    Is a ghost following me?
I don't want to say I ever believed in ghosts but it is so hard not to after some of the things that have happened to me like one night I was laying in my bed watching TV an all of the sudden I feel something move under my leg so I watch to see what happens and my leg goes up at lest two feet in the air like something lifted it up and then I got scarred and jumped out of my bed I turn the light on and pulled all the covers off my bed but there was nothing there that could have done that I really don't know what to think I know there should be a reasonable explanation for it but I don't see how there could be so if there are ghosts why is it moving my leg and how could it do that??

    How old are you?
And has anything like this ever happened before?

There are times that when you are tired and almost asleep that your muscles will twitch or contract sharply and since this is an involuntary action , it can feel like you are being touched , pushed , or make your leg jump .

You can look at this article for some clues and maybe answers.
Sleep paralysis - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I am not saying these are for sure the answers , but there is a chance that they are.

But if this type of thing keeps happening , or other things that you wonder about start up, keep a record of what happened and when , and get back to us and we will continue looking for answers and solutions.

I'll be looking for your posts.

I assume your punctuation marks on your keyboard do not work? I don't know why you would think I ghost is FOLLOWING you after that single instance. You ask how can it do that? It's a ghost.

Were you tired that night? Ghosts are said to be more interactive with young people and there could be a ghost there- but it could be your subconicous starting to drift so it could make you, for example hear voices or make your muscles twitch. Even if it was a ghost, it doesn`t mean it`s following you. Don`t be so concerned about it.

Yeah, let's see if any other instances pop up... then we can talk about a spirit following you. One time just doesn't amount for anything to be concerned with.
