There is no harm in a woman making friends with men while in a relationship. If she is committed to her partner there should be no issue for her to have friends that are male. You can't expect a woman to cut off all contact with every man except her partner, that isn't healthy. If she is talking talking to them with intent other than being friends than I would be weary of that and re-evaluate her commitment to the relationship.
