    Hurts when I don't exercise
When I exercise, I am just fine and I try to exercise at least once every other day now. But I have noticed when I don't get a chance to exercise for a few days, maybe a week, my body starts getting sore and tense some until I do.

I have tried to find the answers for this myself but I haven't had any luck. I am wondering, what is causing this cause I know and am used to being sore after working out, but I have no clue why I get sore from not working out for a few days.

When I work out, I am only sore for while I work out to maybe 10 minutes afterward, but the soreness I feel when I don't work out can last for a day or so till I work out again. Took me a couple times to put 2 and 2 together to notice it only happened when I missed my exercising.

The human body is designed to move, not to sit still for hours on end. If you are exercising regularly, your body is getting plenty of movement and can handle the sitting. If you are not exercising, you start to get aches and stiffness in shoulders, back, hips, knees etc. Generally a good walk will sort out the worst of it. But try for the regular exercise
