Just ask him " why do you hate me so much?" then maybe he will tell you. Sometimes its for dumb reasons like you said something that he took as an insuly, just say you didn't mean it in a bad way,it was just a little joke. Also if you start ignoring him he'll start talking to you and ask why YOU hate him! It works all the time for me! Why don't you try it!
