    L1 individual in USA
    Hi,
    I have travel to USA with L1 visa, stayed 3 months and back to India. Shall I get social security tax/ medicare tax return?
    Could any one can help how get this tax?

    Foreign nationals working in the U.S. under "L" or "H" visas and who draw their salaries from a U.S. source ARE liable for FICA (Social Security and Medicare) taxes.

    You will NOT be able to claim any refund of these taxes.
