My partner took out the policy 3 months before his wife left him, he kept it in joint names but feels that as she hasn't contributed at all she's not entitled to any money on it being surended, the company want documents from her i.e. driving licence to prove her change of name etc. she won't send them and refuses to talk to us. Is there anything we can do?
