I'm not an expert but when I first got pregnant I was scared to have sex until I was 12 weeks just because of what people told me, but when I went for a check up at 10 weeks my doctor told me it was perfectly fine to have sex but I don't recall bleeding afterwards either and it may be a cause of concern, it also might be nothing and there's a perfect explanation but I would advise anyone that bleeds in pregnancy to seek from your doctor or midwife.
